So Project SubZ3r0 is planned to be launched tomorrow since its the first time after school that I will be getting a full free day to work on it. For those of you that don’t know what Project SubZ3r0 is, it’s basically me ripping apart my 03 Sentra Se-R and souping it up with new parts, hoping to learn a few things along the way. I’ve got some great plans for it and it will all most likely be implemented in phases as I get more money and time to invest in it.

For the first phase however, the following mods are going in the car, which I’m hoping to have installed by tomorrow.

  1. Halo Headlights with HIDs
  2. Halo Foglights with HIDs
  3. Tail Lights
  4. Motor Mounts
  5. Angel Eyes Gauges
  6. Megan Short Shifter
  7. Vent Visors
  8. LED Side Mirrors

I will put up some before and after pictures once it is all installed. I’m also going to make a dedicated post with all the mods in there already with pictures along with a list of what I’d like to put in soon.

God of War

I picked up the God of War Collection for the PS3 the other day, a game I’ve been wanting to play for a while but couldn’t since i never owned a PS2 and it was never released for the PC. Though the game is a little old, they’ve remastered it in HD and I’ve got to say, it’s probably one of the better action adventure games I’ve played since the Prince of Persia series. The game has elements of RPG, action, adventure, and strategy all in one just like the Prince of Persia Trilogy had, just much more brutal. This is probably the worst time to buy a game and start playing with exams and all, but I couldn’t resist buying the collection for under $45, and besides, I had to play both of them before the third one comes out.  I finished the first one pretty fast, haven’t started the second one yet, I probably will sometime next week though, after exams are done. If you’re into action adventure type games and haven’t got the change to play God of War, this is your chance before the third one comes out, its well worth the $39.99+tax, and this only after playing God of War 1, can’t wait to start the second one!

Just got off playing this game, and my god is it good. This is by far one of the best games I’ve ever played. I’ve always loved the Call of Duty series, I played every single one, and each was better than the one before it, with the exception of CoD 5 of course which should have come before Modern Warfare since Modern Warfare set a new standard for war-type games with its amazingly new updated weapons and intensively unique missions. The highly anticipated CoD Modern Warfare 2 now raises the bar in terms of the unlimited potential for war-type games, unlike the usual ones revolved around WW2.

I’ve finished the campaign mode in veteran mode, and I’ve got to say, it was one hell of a ride! I was actually able to follow the story somewhat, though it is always hard, not that it matters since the missions were KICK ASS! I’m going to attempt to get some screenshots somehow and put them up, which is going to be difficult since I played the game on my Xbox, but will figure a way to do it. I’m sure most diehard CoD fans probably already bought this game the minute it came out, but for those who still haven’t, GET OFF YOUR COMPUTER NOW AND GO BUY IT!!!!(Unless you’re like me and like to order things online instead…which I wouldn’t do for this game unless they had overnight shipping…just waiting for the game would kill me!) Even if you don’t play FPS games, I would STRONGLY suggest you try this game, it may change you mind about FPS games.

Anyways, back to the game itself now. The Special Ops Mode is an amazing way to go through the game with a friend. The missions are very fun and intensive. The stars earned allow us to attempt further at completing them in the hardest or quickest ways so the full 3 stars can be earned. Some missions are so fun that they are worth doing a few times. I still haven’t explored the game fully yet, as I’ve been overwhelmed by the incredible stealth and assault missions in Campaign and Special Ops mode, but I will get there eventually.  I’ve just started playing it on Xbox LIVE and there are improvements in almost every aspect of the game compared to CoD 5. Anyways whoever is reading this should be spending their time playing the game so I will stop here! Hopefully I’ve given some perspective on this game for those that still haven’t tried it yet, so if you are convinced to play it, then enjoy the game..and remember “History is written by the victor!” – General Sheppard.

I had previously posted about installing Windows 7 on my Lenovo T500 while retaining full access to the schools network, which was of course deleted with the blog change. I was supposed to post a guide to installing it for anyone else that wants to install Windows 7 on their UOIT laptop while still being able to access the campus network, and I just received an email regarding it so just wanted to let you know that the guide will be up shortly. I will try my best to have it up by tonight.

Hello world!

First post…on this blog. I was using 1&1′s built in blog application which is based on WordPress but with little flexibility when it came to customization and access to application files, thus I switched over to the WordPress’s independent blog application. I had just started blogging so I only had a couple posts so I thought I might as well just completely start over! So this will be the test post to test out the features in this version.
